Relationship Management

Despite the best of intentions, relationships between your organization and your incumbent HR service providers can be challenging. A lack of role clarity, turnover among key personnel, infrequent governance meetings, a lack of a clear escalation structure, missed milestones, technological missteps, poor service level performance, and a host of other issues can undermine an otherwise productive partnership.

As an advocate for change, IA transparently serves as an impartial party to help navigate these charged situations and let data substantiate the need, order, and magnitude of a remediation or process improvement. Should the relationship no longer be tenable, IA shapes a glide path for transition that minimizes disruption while protecting the integrity of all parties. For new relationships, IA helps shape the foundational structures necessary to ensure that all parties understand their roles, responsibilities, performance, and outcomes with surrounding governance and metrics.
