The Challenge:

This organization, with a strong culture of customer service and family-like informality, was acquired by a larger organization. The acquisition offered an opportunity to standardize recruiting processes to increase efficiency and scalability while still finding the right talent.

Our Approach:

We process-mapped how recruiting works in all areas of the business, noting differences, similarities and pain points. We created a road map toward an ideal future state, with key priorities for leaders to achieve.

The Results:

IA worked with recruiters to design an enhanced future state of recruiting, without unnecessary complexities in the recruiting lifecycle. IA is still actively guiding the client through developing a project plan to implement the changes.
