HR and payroll processes were inconsistent and difficult to manage with aging technology, paper documents and spreadsheets. This high-growth organization needed holistic change to further its global mission.
IA led an intensive process mapping exercise to identify inconsistent and inefficient processes. We defined new approaches to implement immediately, found a best-fit provider and aided HR, finance and IT leadership in building a business case for transformation.
After a successful interface with senior management, the business case was immediately approved. All HR and payroll functions are now implementing their new system with IA by their side. The teams look forward to continuing to embrace process improvements on an ongoing basis.
