About:

Many years ago Christina took a job recruiting telecom engineers, and she immediately found her calling. Her experience in a recruiting, payroll, IT, and process improvement makes her a superstar problem-solver for IA clients with fifteen years of business experience.

Prior to IA, Christina led multiple programs at Fidelity Investments. Christina focused on bridging the communications gap between business and technology units to solve inefficiencies and improve quality in HRIS data integrations, quality control processes and overall process improvement. Christina has served as a subject matter expert in Kaizen projects supporting core HR, payroll, talent management and health and welfare integration to reduce data quality errors and streamline data processing.

With a background balancing both business needs and technology, Christina has managed complex projects across a wide technology stack from traditional project management approaches as well as through Scrum and Kanban methodologies. With a strong business analysis background, Christina has a unique understanding of highly complex HR challenges and developing solutions to achieve optimal results.
