She later worked in construction accounting and financial analysis, then for Fidelity Investments’ HR/PR outsourcing business. She is passionate about change and using her background to influence HR leaders to truly transform their organizations.

Professional experience: After enrolling in nursing school and finding out the staff had gone on strike, Janine found herself “temporarily” answering phones for a benefits outsourcer. Over 16 years later she’s chosen to stay in the HR industry with experience in a variety of roles. She likes asking “why,” solving problems, and seeing the impact of change.

You might not know: She’s an excellent party planner who is famous for baking up a batch of her pumpkin whoopie pies.
Professional experience: Amie came to IA after 20 years in healthcare. She is a licensed clinical social worker and has a master’s degree in health administration. Amie doesn’t shy away from big challenges. She has been a liaison between major healthcare organizations and the communities they serve, planned long-term strategic initiatives, and led large multidisciplinary teams.

Professional experience: Mary has more than fifteen years of experience as an HR practitioner. She is a builder and a problem solver. Her HR experience includes operations, learning and development, leadership and organizational development, and performance management. She has worked in a variety of industries, including public utilities, healthcare, energy and media.
Superpower: Sarcasm. And a terrifyingly deep repository of lines from Monty Python sketches.

Professional experience: Many years ago Christina took a job recruiting telecom engineers, and she immediately found her calling. Her experience in a recruiting, payroll, IT, and process improvement makes her a superstar problem-solver for IA clients.

You might not know: She’s an animal lover, with horses, chickens, and cats as pets.
Professional experience: Suman has focused her career on helping customers implement software. Her experience ranges from gathering business requirements to leading voice-of-the-customer workshops to user acceptance testing. She focuses on project management, change management, and process improvement.

You might not know: Suman is an avid traveler (40-plus countries visited) and amateur photographer.
Professional experience: With over 25 years of experience, Mark has worked for organizations of every size and vertical. He has spent his career fostering relationships through attention to detail, natural curiosity, and a self-deprecating sense of humor.
